BayRails 11 Schedule

Here is the anticipated schedule for the weekend. Times are subject to change, so it is a good idea to check the bulletin board in the hotel staging area for last-minute changes.

Thursday March 18

Bonus Op Sessions in outlying areas, all day
Registration 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM at the hotel

Friday March 19:

Leave the hotel between 7:15 and 9:30 AM for operating session #1.
Evening - Clinic(s) TBD at the hotel

Saturday March 20:

Leave the hotel between 7:15 and 9:30 AM for operating session #2.
Dinner at Massimo

Sunday, March 21:

Leave the hotel at 8:30 and 9:15 AM. for operating session #3

Monday, March 25:

Bonus Op Sessions TBD

NOTE: Departure times will be staggered to avoid the log-jam of cars leaving the staging area. Layouts furthest from the hotel will have the earlier departure times. Check your information packet for specific departure information!
