BayRails 11 is returning to our previous location in Newark, CA:

Rate is $TBD/ night + Occupancy tax of %%4%. (total per night is $$$.$$) Rate is valid Thursday night 3/18 thru Sunday night 3/21.

If you need to come in a day early or stay after an extra night, see the "make a reservation" information and call AFTER you make the basic reservation to get the BayRails rate for the extra days.

To Make a Reservation:

*If you want to add a night at either end, (after you make the basic reservation) call: First, Last Group Sales Manager at (510) 413-2307

Identify yourself as part of the Bayrails group and she can add the extra days to your reservation. The room block is set as two Double beds, if you need a King, also please call First.

Reservation CUT-OFF Date is Friday FEBRUARY 26. If you need to cancel a reservation, be sure you do so 48 hours before 4:00 pm (1600) - 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid being charged for a night.

The hotel is approximately 15 miles north of SJC (San Jose) airport, 21 miles south of Oakland Airport (OAK), and 31 miles across the bay and south of San Francisco (SFO) airport.

Commercial vans service these airports and the hotel. Information is available on the airport web sites: SFO, OAK, SJC or from airport information desks.

For those traveling by rail, Amtrak's California Zephyr (#5 & 6) serves Oakland/Emeryville, and Amtrak's Coast Starlight (#11 or 14) serves San Jose and Oakland/Emeryville.
